"The markets you listed were very helpful -- we used Lezignan's twice as it was the nearest. There was superb farm chicken and fresh sausage, potatoes, tomatoes, lettuce, cheeses, peaches and apricots. We had cassoulet a couple of times, Le Rivassel's was particularly good. There was not enough time to eat everywhere we wanted and cook for ourselves too!"
